(NASDAQ:DDOG) stock declined Thursday despite reporting second-quarter results that topped Wall Street expectations and raising its full-year revenue and adjusted earnings guidance.

Second-Quarter Financial Performance The company reported adjusted earnings of 65 cents per share, beating the analyst consensus estimate of 59 cents.

Revenue increased 36% year over year to $1.12 billion, exceeding analysts' expectations of $1.08 billion.

GAAP net income increased to $44.6 million, or 12 cents per diluted share, from $2.6 million, or 1 cent per diluted share, a year earlier.
