Nikilesh Singh, 23, have been arrested here for allegedly smuggling 300 kg of banned tobacco goods.Acting on tip-off, a special police team intercepted a sports utility vehicle (SUV) during a vehicle check near Kathapatti toll plaza on Tiruchi-Madurai Highway at Melur.
