Fluence Energy Inc.

(NASDAQ:FLNC) stock traded sharply lower Thursday after the battery energy storage company reported fiscal third-quarter results that missed Wall Street estimates and lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance as production and project delays pushed deliveries into next year.

Q3 Results Miss Expectations The company reported a third-quarter adjusted loss of 24 cents per share, compared with analysts' expectations for a loss of 2 cents per share.

Revenue from continuing operations totaled $600.2 million, missing the consensus estimate of $848.2 million.

Including related-party revenue, total revenue increased 7.9% year over year to $649.8 million.
