SEPC Ltd on Thursday said the company has secured a new order worth ₹854.57 crore from state-owned Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL).As part of the project, SEPC will execute the pellet plant BOP including, civil and structural works for the Pellet Plant Package-2 at SAIL's IISCO Steel Plant in Burnpur, supporting the steel producer's 4.08 MTPA (million tonnes per annum) crude steel expansion project, the company said in an exchange filing.The order will be completed over a period of 32 months. Balance of Plant (BoP) comprises systems used across industries to support the main equipment.Venkataramani Jaiganesh, Managing Director, SEPC Ltd, said "This order reflects the confidence placed in SEPC's engineering expertise and execution capabilities in delivering large-scale industrial infrastructure projects."
