A Russian overnight guided bomb attack on the city of Sumy on August 6 injured 13 people.

The Sumy City Military Administration reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"Within eight minutes overnight, the aggressor's army dropped eight guided aerial bombs on the northern and central parts of Sumy. One of the bombs was intercepted by air defenses," the statement said.

The strikes hit residential neighborhoods with well-developed civilian infrastructure.

A total of 13 people were injured. All received qualified medical assistance and are reported to be in satisfactory condition.
