Zbigniew Bogucki, Head of the Chancellery of the President of Poland Karol Nawrocki, has called on Prime Minister Donald Tusk to "find the courage" to sign the decision formally stripping Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle, Poland's highest state honour.
