I won't beat up on Mansour Abbas for giving up on the Joint List, because something in me wants to believe that he sees a strategy he believes in, even if we don't agree. Perhaps he truly believes that the only way to save lives is to be close to the centers of power and that is why the United Arab List leader is in talks with MK Yoav Segalovitz to join the party. After all, when Segalovitz led the war on crime in the Arab community, the number of murders declined. If cooperation will stop our bleeding, I'm not going to oppose it out of romanticism.
