Beijing is allowing refiners to export at least 2.7 million tons of refined products — gasoline, diesel and jet fuel — in August, a trader and three Chinese analysts told Energy Intelligence. That would be well above the volumes exported in the second quarter of this year, and slightly more than it approved in July.
