timelesz’s ‘Kienai Hanabi’ Scores No. 1 as Five ‘Chiikawa’ Film Tracks Chart on Japan Hot 100

timelesz’s “Kienai Hanabi” hits No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100, on the chart released Aug. 5.

The title track of the second single released under the group’s new lineup serves as the theme song to Kimi to Hanabi to Yakusoku to, in which member Shori Sato makes his animated feature film lead debut. It sold 424,416 copies in its first week to rule sales, while coming in at No. 3 for downloads and No. 15 for radio airplay. Under the timelesz name, the group’s previous peak on the overall chart was No. 2 with “Steal The Show,” making “Kienai Hanabi” the group’s first No. 1.
