Russia’s Saratov refinery stopped processing crude oil on August 2 after a Ukrainian drone attack damaged production facilities and triggered fires at the plant owned by the country’s largest oil company Rosneft, two industry sources told Reuters.
Roman Busargin, Saratov’s regional governor, said on Sunday that drones had attacked his region, damaging civilian infrastructure in the city of Saratov, but did not identify the facilities affected.
