UPDATE: Aug. 5, 2026: Honeywell Technologies has closed the $1.4 billion sale of its productivity solutions and services business to Brady Corp. on Monday.
“Closing the PSS divestiture is the final step toward completing our transition to a pure-play automation company,” Chairman and CEO Vimal Kapur said in a statement. “As Honeywell Technologies, we are fully focused on the building, industrial and process sectors and the long-term growth opportunities leading the industry’s transition from automation to autonomy.”
