Bengaluru-based AI start-up Sarvam has raised ₹698 crore, or about $75 million, from investors including Nvidia, Indigo Ventures, Gaja Capital and Glade Brook Capital as part of its ongoing Series B funding round, according to regulatory filings sourced from Tofler.The investment forms part of the company’s $300 million Series B round at a post-money valuation of $1.5 billion, announced in June 2026. At the time, Sarvam said it had secured $234 million in the first close of the round, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Peak XV Partners, Khosla Ventures, Activate Capital and HCL Technologies.According to the filings, Nvidia has committed ₹238 crore, Gaja Capital India ₹95.13 crore, and Indigo Ventures Fund ₹30.01 crore. The remaining investment comes from other participating investors, including Glade Brook.
