EA stockholders received $210 per share in cash; the company's stock has been delisted from Nasdaq

Electronic Arts $EA announced the completion of its acquisition by a consortium comprising Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, private equity firm Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners, the investment firm led by Jared Kushner. The deal, valued at $55 billion, closed on Tuesday, according to CNBC.

EA shareholders received $210 in cash per share. The company's stock has ceased trading and has been delisted from Nasdaq $NDAQ, EA said.
