Griffon Corporation Announces Third Quarter Results
Griffon Corporation (“Griffon” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GFF) today reported results for the fiscal 2026 third quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Revenue for the third quarter totaled $481.4 million, a 7% increase compared to $449.7 million in the prior year quarter, due to favorable price and mix of 6% driven by both residential and commercial, and increased volume of 1% driven primarily by residential.
Income from continuing operations totaled $66.3 million, or $1.47 per share, compared to a loss from continuing operations of $108.7 million, or $2.40 per share, in the prior year quarter. Excluding all items that affect comparability from both periods, adjusted income from continuing operations (a non-GAAP measure) was $68.0 million, or $1.51 per share, in the current year quarter compared to $64.5 million, or $1.39 per share, in the prior year quarter.
