Shareholders of IT services company Persistent Systems approved the acquisition of Nagarro SE through its subsidiary Galaxy Germany Holding SE at Persistent's Annual General Meeting.As shareholders favour the move with a requisite majority, the company flagged all offer details to be laid out shortly. This formal Offer Document, setting out the full terms and conditions of the cash offer, will be published on the Galaxy website following approval by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.
