It sent me to a dark, depressive state, and to be honest, I’m glad I got out of it.”‌Reece recalled one turning point he faced, when he walked into a gym, and a staff member told him, “You’re not long for this world.”“I broke down on the chairs,” he said, before speaking to a personal trainer about changing his life.Ever since, Reece has been training five days a week and taking weight-loss jabs. Sharing his experience, he said he felt the injections took effect after a few weeks, and his appetite was “completely gone”.‌He said, “One time, I went three or four days without eating because I forgot to eat.”He added: “I didn’t realise until my trainer told me, ‘what did you eat today?’ And I was like, ‘oh my god, nothing, genuinely nothing’.”Reece only took weight loss jabs for two months, saying: “I felt like I could do it on my own.”‌He now thinks the jabs helped to reprogramme his brain not to eat junk food.He went on to share how different his life is now, saying: “I’m never hungry, I’ve sometimes got to force myself to eat, I’ve got a meal plan that I’m sticking to vigorously, I’m training five times a week.”‌He added, “I don’t intend on breaking it because I don’t want to go back to eating all that food.”Reece’s transformation left him speechless, as he admitted: “I can’t put it into words.”He said: “For the first time in my entire life, I’m happy, I really am. I’ve got a girlfriend sitting out there, I’ve got a life, got my own house, got a career, got my business.”Article continues belowGood Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 and ITVX.
