The second-generation Kia Seltos arrives in South Africa with a larger footprint, sharper styling and more technology.
The second-generation Kia Seltos has landed in South Africa, featuring a sharper but potentially polarising design that wraps around larger dimensions and a more digitised cabin.
The line-up remains similar to before, with three engine options and five grades spanning LS, LX, GT-Line, GT-Line S and X-Line. Pricing is broadly in line with the outgoing model, starting at R389,995 for the entry-level version and rising to R614,995 for the turbocharged flagships.
Based on Kia’s new-generation K3 platform, the 2026 Seltos measures 4,430mm in length, making it 80mm longer than its predecessor and similar in size to the Toyota Corolla Cross and Haval Jolion. The wheelbase has grown by 80mm while the luggage capacity is now listed at 447 litres, an increase of 13 litres over the older model.
The new Kia Seltos gains a longer wheelbase for increased interior space.
