Ace Tamil filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj has revealed the title of his upcoming movie. The Petta director took to social media to announce that his 10th directorial is Dorothy.Dorothy will star Keerthy Suresh, Sananth, and Rishikanth in lead roles. The movie will be premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival.Ilaiyaraaja has composed the music for the movie. It is Karthik’s maiden collaboration with the music maestro. “From growing up with his music to working with him feels special,” Karthik had said after teaming up with Ilaiyaraaja.Dorothy is bankrolled by Sikhya Entertainment in association with Jio Studios and Karthik Subbaraj’s Dhammam Films. Guneet Monga, Achin Jain and Jyoti Deshpande are the producers.“A story that is very close to my heart and a film I wanted to make for many years is finally made,” wroteKarthik on X. Dorothy will hit the screens on September 25, 2026.
