Gianni Infantino has called a meeting of senior Fifa staff in Rabat amid mounting criticism over the scrapped World Cup stake-sale plan.
Jordan's football association president accused Infantino of "blackmail," alleging endorsement was linked to receiving financial assistance from Fifa.
"We pride ourselves in Jordan in upholding ethical values. We did not endorse him before and certainly will not now," said the Jordan Football Association president.
Five European national associations, including England's FA, have formally withdrawn support for Infantino's re-election at the March Fifa Congress.
