LONDON, Aug. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- HSBC Holdings plc (the 'Company', 'we' or 'us') has announced the anticipated launch of four separate offers to purchase for cash the outstanding series of notes listed in the table below for an aggregate purchase price (excluding Accrued Interest) of up to $5,000,000,000 (such amount, as may be increased or decreased by the Company, the 'Maximum Tender Amount'), subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Offer to Purchase. The launch of the Offers (as defined below) is expected to be at or prior to 10:00 a.m. (New York City time) on August 5, 2026 (the 'Launch Date').
