SpaceX shares soared 9.43%, closing at $125.33. The stock reached an intraday high of $126.71 and a low of $115.72. Its 52-week range is $104.83 to $225.64. The shares dropped sharply, by 7.46% to $115.98, in after-hours trading.
SpaceX reported its first quarterly results as a public company, posting a second-quarter loss of 9 cents per share, beating estimates for a 24-cent loss, while revenue surged 92% year-over-year to $7.81 billion, topping the $6.93 billion consensus. Growth was driven by Connectivity revenue of $4.29 billion and AI revenue of $2.56 billion, which jumped 247% from a year earlier.
