Katie Price has revealed she's only spent £40,000 of her own money on cosmetic procedures despite going under the knife '40 times' over the years.The former glamour model, 48, has had multiple surgeries including six face lifts, 17 breast augmentations, dental work and a fox eye op, with the total cost likely exceeding £100,000.Yet Katie estimates she has only paid a fraction of the price because of the free procedures she has been offered. Katie chatted to Olivia Attwood on the latest series of ITV's Price Of Perfection, which investigates the world of celebrity plastic surgery.Although she has received many free treatments over the years due to her fame, Katie insisted she 'would be able to pay if she wanted to'.'How many surgeries do you reckon you've had in total?' Olivia questioned. 'Maybe about 30 or 40? I must have done.'Olivia asked: 'You've had a lot of free surgeries but you've also paid for a lot as well. Over the years would you say it's been a mix of free surgeries and paid?' Katie said: I've probably paid £40,000 all in.'Completely shocked, Olivia replied: 'In total? Is that it?'She hit back: 'I could pay for it if I wanted to get it done.'Katie later opened up about her family's fears about the many surgeries she has undergone.She said: 'For 30 years, everyone has been, "You don’t need this, you don’t need that," but if I wanna do it, I am doing it anyway.'I do listen to surgeons now because if every surgeon did what I wanted, I'd look more like a freak of nature. I don't want to look freaky!'She emotionally added: 'There have been times where I've thought "Kate, people are not looking at you because you look good, they're looking because you look like a f****** alien or puffer fish."' I'll never know!' she said.
