Technocraft Ventures Limited opens its initial public offering on Friday, August 7, 2026, with the issue set to close on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The Noida-based infrastructure company is raising up to ₹252 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 23.76 lakh shares, priced in a band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share with a lot size of 70 shares. It has completed 18 projects over the past five years valued at ₹9,307.46 million.
