TVTV NewsStacey SolomonThere's been some big career news for someone on Stacey Solomon's decluttering series15:47, 04 Aug 2026One of Stacey Solomon's Sort Your Life Out co-stars has landed a new role.‌Rob Bent is set to join Sarah Moore and Jacqui Joseph when BBC One's Money for Nothing returns for its 19th series later this month.‌The TV carpenter is already known for his other BBC favourites - Stacey's hit programme and Alan Carr's Interior Design Masters - and he will now be lending a hand as Sarah and Jacqui show how one person's rubbish can become another's show-stopping masterpiece.‌In his new position, Rob will be transforming discarded furniture and forgotten finds into stunning pieces worthy of any designer home."Joining Money for Nothing is a real honour," he said. "I've always admired the creativity of the show and the incredible transformations the makers achieve, so to now be part of that team is really exciting."‌He continued: "I love giving old furniture and forgotten items a second chance, and it's amazing to show viewers that with a bit of imagination and craftsmanship, something destined for the skip can become a piece to be proud of."The new series of the programme, which started in 2015, will see Sarah and Jacqui reunited with some of the show's most popular makers.They include artist blacksmith Kev Paxton, designer Rupert Blanchard, who was one of the show's original upcyclers, colour-loving sisters Katie Stone and Sophie Lawrence, sustainable furniture expert Sarah Peterson and woodworker and designer Bruce Faulseit.‌Sarah said: "When the series first launched, shopping at your local recycling centre wasn't really a thing.
