A British TikTok star has claimed she was heckled by men who 'work for' Brighton and Hove council in broad daylight while she was on a walk with her 12-week-old baby.Imogen Horton, from Brighton, detailed the 'awkward and horrible' incident in a video on her Instagram account, where the mumfluencer has over 380,000 followers.The clip was labelled 'Not a good start to the day' and filmed by Imogen during her morning walk on Saturday.Imogen had her newborn son Hero strapped to her chest, while she pushed her daughters, Renealia, four, and Oriavella, two, in their stroller, when 'men in a bin truck' with the council's signage allegedly started harassing her.The full-time content creator said she wanted to teach her daughters to stand up against 'disrespectful' behaviour, before explaining: 'That was not ideal in the slightest.'It was at a traffic light as well, so everyone was staring, everyone was looking [and] wondering why they were shouting. On Saturday, however, she was forced to address 'the first time I've ever had men heckle me...with my three children in tow' as she explained wanting to set the right example for her two daughters. 'Okay, that was the first time I've ever had men heckle me out of a van before, with my three children in tow,' Imogen said. 'These men were in a council vehicle, so they work for Brighton and Hove City Council, and they were in a bin truck, and were just heckling, like "Hey mama, look at you mama" and whistling...One of Imogen's toddlers then added 'they were saying baba' as the influencer explained she meant 'Hubba Bubba'. 'So I'd said, "No, you don't get to speak to me like that." And I had to set an example for the girls, didn't I, girlies? 'I said, "We don't accept people speaking to us like that. It's our body, and they don't get to make comment and judgement on it. And also we don't want to raise [her son] Hero to be like that, do we?'
