Pixel Watch 5 specs leak reveals what’s new: ‘Accelerated’ chip, 2nd-gen Active Band, more

Full Pixel Watch 5 specs have leaked today and reveal that Google made a trio of key hardware changes over the previous generation.

Last month, the Google Play Console listed the Pixel Watch 5 as using the Qualcomm SW5100 with the same CPU and GPU:

CPU: 4x ARM Cortex-A53 (1700 MHz)

GPU: Qualcomm Adreno 702 (1000 MHz)

According to specifications published by Dealabs today, the Pixel Watch 5 will use the Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 Accelerated. That would be a new chip from Qualcomm that has yet to be announced. “Accelerated” seems like it would be a reference to speed.
