LT Foods Ltd. has appointed celebrity chef and television personality Ranveer Brar as brand ambassador for its Daawat brand, the company announced on Tuesday in New Delhi. The partnership launches alongside a new advertising campaign for its Daawat Delight Basmati variant.The campaign, developed by BBDO India, centres on what the company calls “Superior Flavour Absorption Technology”, a product attribute the brand is positioning as its core differentiator in the premium basmati segment. The tagline, “Har Dish Ko Banaye Very Very Nice,” anchors the campaign’s messaging. The brand film, set in a restaurant, uses a narrative device to spotlight rice as the central element of a meal rather than an accompaniment. The campaign will run across television, digital, and social media platforms.Ritesh Arora, CEO of India Business and Far East at LT Foods, said Brar’s culinary background and association with Indian food heritage made him a natural fit for the brand. The company framed the appointment as part of a broader push to strengthen Daawat’s positioning in the premium basmati category.Daawat Delight is available across quick commerce, modern trade, and general trade channels.LT Foods reported consolidated revenue of approximately ₹11,023 crore for FY26. The company operates across more than 85 countries, with its flagship brands including Daawat in India and Royal in North America.
