When Robb Report got a first look inside the Henry in 2024, the Upper West Side condominium was still taking shape. Developer Naftali Group enlisted architect Robert A.M. Stern to design the 19-floor tower, which would eventually offer up 45 luxury apartments. The two had worked together before on developments such as the Bellemont on Madison Avenue, but this marked the first time Naftali Group tasked Stern’s eponymous firm (RAMSA) with both the exterior and interior design.
Now, as the nearly sold-out building approaches completion, its crown jewel has officially hit the market. Known as Penthouse East, the $27 million duplex spans 4,995 square feet with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, and nearly 2,140 square feet of private outdoor space.
“This residence is an unmatched villa in the sky,” says Paul Whalen, partner at RAMSA.
