A two-day residential free training workshop on business upliftment, titled ‘Scale Up’, for Konkani women entrepreneurs, organised in collaboration with ‘Vardhani’, concluded at Vishwa Konkani Kendra on Sunday, August 2.Speaking on the occasion, proprietor of Vatika International Travels and Nirmala Travels, Vatika Pai Kamath, said: “It is good to see women developing their own entrepreneurial mindset.” She encouraged the participants by sharing examples and suggestions, emphasizing the need to build self-confidence, trust, and strong networks to scale up their businesses.Vishwa Konkani Kendra president Nandagopal Shenoy congratulated the participants, stating that if one moves forward with honesty, self-confidence, and skill, any business will progress.A total of 16 resource persons shared their business knowledge on various subjects to help participants expand their enterprises. Women entrepreneurs from different regions enthusiastically shared their experiences and the benefits gained from the workshop.Vishwa Konkani Kendra vice-president Ramesh D.
