Arvind Kejriwal has a habit of speaking on serious issues without any factual basis, says BJP spokespersonThe Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday (July 4, 2026) accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal of making unsubstantiated claims regarding E20 fuel without presenting scientific evidence or research.“Mr. Kejriwal was once again seen staging his usual drama with a handful of supporters, making reckless and baseless allegations in his characteristic style,” said BJP MP and spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi while reacting to the former Delhi Chief Minister’s attempted march towards the Prime Minister’s residence and a subsequent sit-in on Firoz Shah Road.“He claims to be a highly educated leader and an IIT graduate, yet he has a habit of speaking on serious issues without any factual basis,” said Mr. Trivedi. No factual evidence“I would like to remind everyone that during the COVID-19 pandemic, he had questioned why the vaccine formula was not being shared with everyone. That was the statement of an IIT graduate. What is noteworthy is that he is a mechanical engineering graduate. Even so, on the issue of E20 fuel, he has made claims without any research or factual evidence, once again resorting to theatrics before a small audience. This shows that he is once again trying to create confusion,” he added. Published - August 04, 2026 07:24 pm IST
