Solar Landscape Secures up to $150 Million in Development Financing with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to Accelerate New Power Deployment

Flexible development capital strengthens Solar Landscape's ability to bring distributed energy online faster to meet America's growing electricity demand

Solar Landscape, the nation’s leading platform for distributed energy infrastructure built on commercial real estate, today announced the closing of a development financing facility of up to $150 million with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (“CIP”), through its Green Credit Fund II (CI GCF II), providing flexible capital to accelerate the development of distributed solar projects across the company's growing national pipeline.

The facility will initially support a discrete portfolio representing approximately 250 MWdc of mid- and late-stage development assets, allowing Solar Landscape to advance critical project activities, including equipment procurement, interconnection, offtake, and pre-construction sponsor development services earlier in the project lifecycle. By accelerating these activities, the company can move projects more efficiently from early-stage development to the beginning of construction, which will in turn bring new electricity generation online faster.
