A video circulating online has captured the terrifying moment a Russian FPV (first-person-view) drone appeared to chase a civilian through the streets of Kherson before exploding nearby, prompting Ukrainian officials to accuse Moscow of deliberately hunting civilians. The footage, which Kyiv Post could not independently verify, shows a man sprinting between parked vehicles as the low-flying drone pursues him. According to the Kherson City Military Administration, he suffered blast injuries. Ukraine’s National Police said he was hospitalized with blast trauma, shrapnel wounds, and a concussion. “This is how Russians fight. They deliberately hunt civilians,” the police said.
