ElevenLabs has expanded the enterprise deployment options around ElevenAgents with Singapore data residency, adding another regional environment for customers that need tighter control over where their data is hosted. The rollout matters because voice and conversational AI agents increasingly operate in customer-facing and regulated workflows, where data location, retention, and policy enforcement can determine whether a deployment is viable.

The company announced that Singapore Data Residency is now available for Enterprise customers on July 1, 2026, with the post updated on July 28. Singapore joins existing EU and India residency options documented by ElevenLabs. The broader enterprise package also includes isolated regional environments, region-specific access instructions, optional zero retention, end-to-end encryption, and configurable safety controls for ElevenAgents.

For enterprises, the significance is not simply another hosting location. It is the ability to align an AI-agent deployment more closely with regional governance requirements while retaining a common ElevenLabs foundation across ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. ElevenLabs also positions these capabilities for organizations ranging from startups to governments and Fortune 500 companies.
