On Tuesday morning, the Russian military launched a missile strike on the outskirts of Odesa, with an impact reported near a market.
According to Ukrinform, Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Kiper stated this on Telegram.
"The enemy cynically struck the outskirts of Odesa with missiles, targeting a crowded area near a market. Civilian infrastructure has been damaged," the post said.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
