According to a statement from Swiss Prime Site Solutions, Maximilian Hoffmann has played a pivotal role in shaping the IFC since its launch in 2021, transforming it from a start-up project into an established, publicly listed real estate fund. Key milestones achieved over the past five years include the fund surpassing 500 million francs in portfolio assets, several successful capital increases, and its listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The statement added that Rubina Holzner, a highly experienced real estate professional, will assume responsibility for the SPSS IFC. She has been with Swiss Prime Site Solutions for five years and currently heads the acquisitions and disposals division of the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK (ADPK).
