Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:GRAB) shares are trending overnight after gaining 4.14% to $3.82 in Monday's after-hours session following the company's second-quarter earnings report.
The after-hours gain followed a 4.86% rise during Monday's regular session, with the stock closing at $3.67.
Grab is a Southeast Asian superapp offering ride-hailing, food and grocery delivery, digital payments and financial services across eight countries.
Q2 Results Grab reported second-quarter revenue of $997 million, up 22% year over year, while on-demand gross merchandise value (GMV) increased 21% to $6.5 billion.
Monthly transacting users reached a record 54 million, and adjusted EBITDA climbed 54% to $168 million.
