Glenn Flego has spent his career helping financial institutions anticipate change and build innovative capabilities that have shaped how financial advisors serve clients. His work has spanned some of the industry's most influential firms. He joined the original team that developed Charles Schwab's RIA custodial platform, now Schwab Institutional, helped establish Fidelity's RIA brokerage and custody offering, and helped relaunch Raymond James' RIA business. Most recently, he led more than 200 offices for Ameriprise Financial. Today, he advises financial institutions and fintech companies on growth strategy, advisor platforms, and emerging technologies.
