ON Semiconductor logged a higher profit and growing revenue in its second quarter, buoyed by its artificial-intelligence data-center business. The stock was up 7.3% to $86.30 after the bell.
Snap narrowed its loss in the second quarter following cost-cutting efforts at the company. The stock gained 7.5% to $5.42.
BWX Technologies agreed to sell its medical business in a deal valued up to $800 million. Shares fell 4.4% to $166.21.
