Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree enacting the National Security and Defense Council’s decision to impose sanctions against entities working for the Russian military-industrial complex.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on the website of the President of Ukraine and in the relevant decree No. 704/2026 issued by the head of state.
“The sanctions target 23 companies and 20 individuals associated with them who manufacture and supply equipment and components to the Russian military-industrial complex and security forces in circumvention of sanctions,” the statement reads.
It is noted that among them is the company “Kidma Tech,” which manufactures optical devices, air defense systems, and multiple launch rocket systems, repairs aviation and anti-tank guided missiles, and the Morozov Plant, which is part of the sanctioned “Rostec” group. The plant manufactures explosives, rocket fuel, and materials for missile systems; in particular, it supplies solid-fuel propellant for the engine of the “Iskander-M” ballistic missile. Also on the list are “Spetselektronkomplekt,” which is involved in the production of guided air-to-ground missiles, and the company “Aurum,” which supplies electronic warfare systems and drones to Russian occupiers.
