President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed the ambassadors to Singapore, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Austria, Tunisia, and Libya, as well as Ukraine’s representative to UNESCO.

By Decree No. 698/2026, President Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Volodymyr Khomanets from his posts as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Tunisia and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Libya.

By Decree No. 699/2026, Vasyl Khymynets was dismissed from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Austria.
