Chris Evans has been engulfed in plastic surgery speculation after his 'unrecognizable' appearance in the new Avengers trailer.
The 45-year-old is reprising his role as Steve Rogers – alias Captain America – in the latest movie installment Avengers: Doomsday.
But following the release of a new trailer for the film, fans were distracted after Evans made a split-second appearance on screens.
The actor was sporting a bristling dark beard and longer hair with some fans claiming he also had a 'puffier face' and 'different nose.'
Many film buffs rushed to X (formerly Twitter) to share their shock at his seemingly different appearance.
