TUGUEGARAO CITY – Cagayan Vice Governor Manuel Mamba has been placed under preventive suspension for 90 days while he undergoes trial before a court for a graft case.
The suspension order came after the Batac City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 17 in Ilocos Norte on July 28 granted the prosecution’s motion to suspend Mamba pending the litigation of the graft case filed against him by Cagayan Third District Rep. Joseph Lara, his wife Zarah Lara, and their chief of staff, lawyer Victorio Casauay.
