Tractor and agricultural machinery maker Escorts Kubota on Monday reported a 4.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit from continuing operations at Rs 385.94 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2027.The company had posted a net profit of Rs 369.47 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.Also Read: Ather Energy Q1 Results: Loss narrows YoY to Rs 51 crore on stronger salesRevenue from operations grew 28% to Rs 3,207.55 crore in the period under consideration. Total expenses rose to Rs 2,923.25 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 2,242.22 crore in Q1 FY26, driven primarily by higher raw material costs.Consolidated revenue from agri machinery products expanded 27% to Rs 2,790.90 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 2,197.89 crore in the year-ago period. The construction equipment arm recorded a 39% surge in revenue to Rs 419.63 crore in the same period.Also Read: Rub-off effect?
