Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Monday said it has appointed Monisha Chakraborty as Executive Director (ED), who will oversee the departments of foreign exchange and financial markets regulation.Prior to being promoted as ED, she was serving as Chief General Manager-in-Charge in the Department of SupervisionAlso Read: RBI has quietly changed how it defends the rupee.
