The court lifted all travel restrictions on the 37-year-old for one month, with the order expiring on 15 September. He is required to return to Cyprus by 15 September to face charges, otherwise a European arrest warrant will be issued. The man was arrested and charged after his son fell from a fourth-floor window during a family holiday in Paphos earlier this month, though the circumstances remain unclear. He was previously released on condition of surrendering his passport, weekly police check-ins, and a 20,000-euro bond.
