Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Roman Reigns ended his feud with Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens returned in a big way at WWE SummerSlam on Sunday.

Reigns successfully defended his World Heavyweight Championship against Rollins in the main event on Sunday.

The match paid homage to Reigns and Rollins' storied history starting with their time together as iconic group The Shield. Reigns and Rollins performed each other moves and even maneuvers from missing Shield member Dean Ambrose, who now wrestles for AEW as Jon Moxley.

Reigns won the match after he was able to dodge a top rope Stomp from Rollins followed by three Spears to earn the three count. Afterwards, Reigns and Rollins performed the signature Shield fist bump in the middle of the ring.

Kevin Owens, who has been out of action for over a year due to injury, was added to the No. 1 contender's match between Sami Zayn and Finn Balor. The bout was turned into a Fatal 4-Way by SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis, who also added Gunther into the mix.
