Mon Aug 03 2026 - 13:19 • 1 MIN READThe 2026 All Together Now festival had a distinctly Irish feel to it – whether it was headliners Kneecap, the smattering of Mayo jerseys or the moving Glen Hansard tributes – the 35,000 music fans at Curraghmore Estate, Waterford, embraced the Irishness of the festival with open arms.From the top down, the festival line-up showcased home-grown talent; a swamped Christy Moore gig, jubilant Mary Wallopers fans at main stage and the girl power crossover of BIIRD and Kate Nash – proved not only that we can produce these artists as an island, but we can support them too.The mood was buoyant as a result of the fabulous weather, which held up bar a few scattered showers on Friday and Sunday. In Irish music festival terms, it was nothing short of miraculous for campers. In terms of sartorial trends, it seemed that the supremacy of Bohemians jerseys has been toppled on the Irish festival fashion circuit at last. Instead, this year’s festival fashion delivered glitter, sequins and funky hairstyles.
