Four Strictly Come Dancing stars are taking on this year's Celebrity Hunted.Hayley Anderson Screen Time TV Reporter08:04, 03 Aug 2026Celebrity Hunted is back with 12 more famous faces ready to go on the run.Celebrity Hunted returns tonight, Monday, August 3, at 9pm, on Channel 4, where six new pairs of celebrities spend the next two weeks hiding across the UK from an elite team of Hunters.They must stay hidden, cutting themselves off from their usual glamorous lives as the team of experts use everything from CCTV, helicopters and drones, to search dogs and media appeals, to capture them.As the stars alter their lives in the name of Stand Up To Cancer, here’s a breakdown of who is taking part in this year’s Celebrity Hunted.Celebrity Hunted cast 2026 in fullAmy Dowden MBE and Carlos GuSwapping their dancing shoes for running trainers are Strictly Come Dancing stars and professional dancers Amy Dowden MBE and Carlos Gu.Welsh dancer Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer three years ago and returned to the BBC show in 2024 after undergoing treatment. However, she was forced to withdraw from the competition due to a stress fracture but came back fighting once again last year, competing with former The Apprentice star Thomas Skinner.She will be going on the run with fellow Strictly professional dancer Carlos Gu who joined the cast in 2022 alongside other new stars including Vito Coppola and Lauren Oakely. Carlos won last year’s Strictly Come Dancing with his partner and former England footballer Karen Carney.Brian Conley and Lucy ConleyAll-round performer Brian Conley will be teaming up with his daughter, actress and comedian Lucy Conley for Celebrity Hunted 2026.Brian has hosted his own show The Brian Conley Show, starred in EastEnders for more than two years, took part in Strictly in 2017 and has had various roles in West End musicals.Meanwhile, Lucy writes her own comedy and has performed in stage shows.Chris Taylor and Toby AromolaranLove Island might be over for this year but two of its alumni are going on the run for charity.Chris Taylor starred in both the 2019 series as well as Love Island: All Stars in 2024. Since then, he has starred on reality show Celebs Go Dating, previously hosted Love Island: The Morning After podcast and had a minor role in Greta Gerwig’s Barbie film.Chris will be joined by fellow ex-Love Islander Toby Aromolaran who was on the show in season seven, the Love Island Games in 2023 and then Love Island: All Stars two years ago.When he isn’t making TV appearances, Toby works as a semi-professional footballer for Isthmian League club Aveley.JJ Chalmers and Sophie MorganScottish presenter JJ Chalmers hosts BBC One’s The Travelling Auctioneers and previously the upcycling and crafting show Money for Nothing.He served as a Royal Marine and was injured in a bomb blast in Afghanistan in 2011 before he went on to compete in the Invictus Games, winning one gold and two bronze medals.Chalmers competed in Strictly Come Dancing in 2018 when he was partnered up with Amy Dowden who is also taking part in this year’s Celebrity Hunted. He will be joined on the run by presenter and disability advocate Sophie Morgan.She fronted the Channel 4 documentary Fight to Fly which investigated air travel accessibility issues and led Channel 4’s Tokyo Summer Paralympics coverage and also hosted for NBC Sports in the US.Scarlette and Stuart DouglasBrother-and-sister presenting duo Scarlette and Stuart Douglas are known for co-hosting Channel 4 shows like Can’t Sell, Must Sell and Worst House on the Street.Scarlette spent 10 years working in musical theatre before turning her attention to presenting, previously hosting A Place in the Sun for six years.Meanwhile, Stuart is a former professional footballer and physiotherapist who went on to work in property development and design with his sister.Jen Brister and Laura SmythRounding off this year’s teams are Jen Brister and Laura Smyth.Brister is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor, best known for performing on the international comedy circuit, as well as her appearances on Live At the Apollo and Mock the Week.She is joined by comedian and writer Laura Smyth who won the Funny Women Award in 2019 and is the host of the Shouldn’t Laugh But podcast.
