Police in Wroclaw have detained an 18-year-old Ukrainian national suspected of seriously stabbing a 30-year-old Polish woman. The victim is in hospital in life-threatening condition.
That is according to Wroclaw police spokesperson Aleksandra Freus, Ukrinform reports, citing PAP.
The incident occurred at around 21:00 local time on Saturday on Gagarina Street in Wroclaw's Muchobor district.
"An 18-year-old man attacked a 30-year-old woman with a knife. She is in hospital in life-threatening condition," Freus said.
According to her, police detained the suspect immediately after the attack.
