Aug 2, 2026 – 6.27pmFirmus Technologies began mailing out invitations for its upcoming initial public offering on Friday, hours after shareholders approved a $2.9 billion equity placement to Nvidia, Blackstone and Coatue Management at a $15.5 billion equity valuation.Fund managers and financial advisers have been asked to clear time in their calendars on Thursday for a one-hour meeting billed as a non-deal roadshow. Attendees were told Firmus would provide an update on the business, and the invitations – seen by Street Talk – make no mention of IPO terms or timetable.
